Up at 4 AM in the hopes that we will avoid jet lad when we reach Hawaii! Coffee and showers helped and we didn't have to rush. Parked at the Park n'Go lot...good service. Easy check-in and no crowds at TSA. Plane left on time. Nice flight except for the BB player sitting in front of me who, apparently, wanted to sleep in my lap and the broken reading light. On a positive note...Thry gave me 5000 Delta miles for "the inconvenience". Not a good test of a Economy Comfort's extra leg room.
Early arrival to Salt Lake City, great late breakfast at an Airport restaurant with excellent service, and an on time departure. Bulkhead Economy Comfort with excellent leg room and entertainment unit too small to enjoy. Drinks and naps after flying over snow capped mountains almost to the Pacific.
Arrival in Honolulu at 2:30 PM.
